About this page

This is a quick test site; it allows you to upload an image (for submission to Reddit) and does the following:

• adds a small watermark
• lets you link back to your profile
• lets you give credit to the original author, without sapping all their bandwdith
• sometimes fails for no reason, or craps out while you're trying to upload an image.

• I got thinking about doing this earlier tonight, when I read Camalex's post about how theCHIVE 'miscredit' content (this includes the images they publish, and the funny captions they use)
• the CSS themed form was from a tutorial by WoorkUp
• Reddit, because, well: you know.

Feature List

This site did not take long to launch, but if people like it, there are some features I might add:

• allow you to upload your images directly, rather than for them having to be already online
• allow you to add other meta-information, such as a picture title, etc
• allow visitors to submit correct creator details, if the creator isn't listed on a picture
• make it just one click to upload the image, and submit to Reddit at the same time
• make the site a bit less 'Reddit-centric' and just let it be a place to rehost images that doesn't suck (yeah, you know who I'm talking about), but also lets you give credit to the original creators
